electOtronics.com - Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days however some orders may have a longer processing time. In the event that an item is backordered, or any other issue arises you will be contacted as soon as possible.

electOtronics.com only ships to the US and Canada.

Any order that is shipping to an APO or PO Box address must ship with USPS. FedEx and UPS do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses. Since it is shipped via USPS we cannot be responsible for any lost packages shipped to an APO or PO Box address. USPS does not have insurance coverage on they're shipments and will not reimburse us for any lost packages therefore we cannot reimburse any lost packages that are shipped to an APO or PO Box address.

We are are not responsible for any lost packages in transit. All packages that are lost while in the care of UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other shipping carrier in which your package is being shipped is not our responsibility. If a package does get lost in transit, we will have to follow the shipping carriers procedures in their investigation of locating the package and we will reimburse you only after we have been reimburse from the carrier. This goes for any lost, stolen or undelivered order that has left our possession and went into the hands of the shipping company in which your order is being shipped.

Please note: Some items may not be able to ship USPS. If you choose USPS during checkout and one of the item or items you ordered can not ship USPS we will contact you to let you know.

Shipping costs that are calculated during checkout are estimated and not always correct. We will contact you if there is an issue with the shipping costs that was calculated during checkout and it will be your choice if you want to proceed with your order or cancel it. All shipping costs calculated during checkout are subject to our approval. In the event that you order does ship and the shipping came out to more then what you paid for during checkout we will charge the difference to the card that was used on your order.

Furniture and large items:
All furniture and large item orders will have to be reviewed for accurate shipping charges once received. If the shipping charges calculated when you placed your order online are correct you will not be contacted. If there are additional charges that need to be charged we will contact you and let you know about it. If the shipping charges are higher then what was calculated during checkout when you placed your order online then we will contact you and you have the choice to proceed with your order or cancel it. We will not charge your card until your order and shipping charges are correct and agreed upon by the customer and electOtronics.com.

All orders ship between Monday and Friday except for Holidays.

For Canadian customers only

All orders that ship to Canada will take a longer processing time. Some orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered depending on the item. You can always contact us to find out a more accurate time of when your order should arrive. Please direct all questions about Canadian shipments to service@electOtronics.com.

For Canadian customers you will have the choice of choosing between UPS and FedEx. UPS will have additional charges that they will pass on to you when they deliver the package to you. FedEx pays all fees but the shipping will be more expensive. Again if you have any questions about this please email service@electOtronics.com.

Important: If the shipping and billing addresses are different then there could be an extra delay until we reach you (the customer) and verify the information listed on the order and until everything meets our approval. To avoid the extra delay that may occur as a result of using different shipping and billing addresses, please use your billing address for the shipping address.

All orders are subject to electOtronics.com approval before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion.
