Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Customer must contact us for an RMA # before shipping back an order. If we receive any packages without an RMA # we will not accept it. Please email for your RMA # and instructions on returning your item or you may contact our live chat during live chat hours.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any returns that are not damaged or defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Call tags are not issued for defective products. However, if the customer would like a replacement on a defective item, will pay for the shipping on the replacement order when the defective unit is returned. If you want a replacement to be shipped before the defective unit is returned to us then you must place a new order online and be charged for the full amount of the replacement and you will be refunded when the replacement is returned.

Item damaged in transit:
If the package you receive looks as it was damaged in transit due to damages to the outer shipping box, please contact us right away upon receipt. It is important that you inspect the package when you receive it and determine the damages done. In such a scenario we may ask you to open the box and see if the actually item in the box was damaged or to leave it as is. In most cases a package that was damaged in transit will need to be escalated to a claim with the shipping carrier to recover any damages done to merchandise that was shipped. Claims usually take 7-10 business days to be completed. Once a claim has been completed with the shipping carrier we will instruct the customer how to proceed.

RMA numbers are only active for 30 days, so if you have a return, please send us the return as soon as possible. Your account will be credited for the total, minus any restocking fees and shipping, once we have received your return.

There are no returns or refunds on special direct orders from a manufacturer, bulk orders or discounted rates. Please be sure of your order before your final purchase.
