We are not looking for just one time customers; we are looking for life long happy customers. We plan to achieve this by offering unbeatable prices and unbeatable customer service. Some companies want to make a one time sale and not hear from the customer again. That is not our goal. We are here to assist with any issues that may occur after your purchase and to make sure you are given the right care you deserve. After all you want to buy a product not pay for it.

Every customer is important to us therefore we try to please each and every customer to the best of our ability. You have 30 days from purchase to send back your item for a refund or exchange. After the 30 days has past you have to contact the manufacturer of the item to resolve any issues that may occur with it. If you contact us after the 30 days we will do our best to help you in working out any issues you are having but we can not take it back for a refund or exchange after the 30 days.

Although you may be transacting through a computer, there are real people running the business insuring that your experience with us is professional and informative. Since it is run by real people and not machines, there can be mistakes sometimes; after all we are only human. In the event that a mistake occurs we will do everything to rectify it and make sure the customer is the one that does not pay for our mistakes. We take our business and you very seriously.

Our mission is to bring the most electronics and electronic related products to the public as possible. We do not sell everything but we try to sell as much as possible so that you the customer will have a lot to choose from. Our products range from TV's, cameras, camcorders, DVD player, car stereos, home theater speakers, home theater furniture, mounts for your TV or speakers, ipod accessories, and much more. Electronics is not the only thing we sell but that is our main focus.

The bottom line is that we want to make our customers happy. So if for some reason a customer is not happy with their purchase we will do everything in our power to turn an unhappy customer into a happy customer. After all we want to keep you coming back, and that is our goal!
