1. How much does shipping cost?
You can get your shipping cost by adding the item
or items to your cart and then putting in the zip code into the shipping
estimator text box and then click the "recalculate total" button.
2. Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Canada and the US. To ship to
Canada you need to go through the checkout process online and choose Canada as
the country on the first page of checkout. You will be able to choose your
shipping options to Canada later on in the checkout process.
3. Where will my item be shipping from?
We have multiple warehouses through out the US so
it all depends on the item. If you need to know you can ask one of our Live Chat
representatives.
4. Does electOtronics.com accept PO's?
We accept a PO but we do not extend credit terms. All orders must be prepaid
before shipping with either a credit card. check or Money order.
5. What is electOtronics.com return and exchange
policy?
You have 30 days from purchase to return the item
for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our return policy page for more
details.
6. How do I return and item
to electOtronics.com?
You must receive an RMA # (return authorization
number) before returning a product. Please email
returns@electOtronics.com for
your RMA# and instructions on returning it. You may contact Live Chat
alternatively during live chat hours.
7. Can I pick up an item instead of having it
shipped?
No. All items must be shipped. There are
absolutely no pick ups from our location.
8. Can I cancel my order?
In most cases an order can be canceled before it
has been shipped unless it is already too far in the shipping process. Please
email service@electOtronics.com
or contact live chat to see if an order can still be canceled.
9. Can I place an order if an item is currently
out of stock?
Yes, we do accept back orders. It normally takes
about 1-2 weeks for a back ordered item to ship. Ship dates given on back orders
are not definite ship dates and can always change due to changes out of our
control. You may contact

10. How do I track my order?
If you created an account while placing your
order you will be able to login after you placed your order to check the status.
Whether you created an account or not during checkout you will be emailed with your tracking number
once your order ships.
11. Can I order by regular snail mail?
Yes you can. Please click here for instructions

12. Is this item
new?
Everything we sell is brand new in manufacturers
retail box. The are a few exceptions where it will explicitly say if it is not
brand new. (ex. resealed, refurbished, remanufactured etc.)
